When folks think of Ohio, do textiles come to mind?  Ohio Valley Natural Fibers has changed that for thousands of people.  In continuous operation for over 20 years, we have become the premier custom fiber-processing mill in the county.

         Ohio Valley Natural Fibers got its start by way of chance meetings.  Kent met men who had been in the commercial textile industry since the just after the turn of the century.  With their help, expertise and guidance, Ohio Valley Natural Fibers purchased its first 60” carding machine.  That purchase put us on the right track with equipment that had the ability to handle any kind of animal fiber.  It doesn’t sound like a big deal now, but at the time constructing a new building and setting up a seven ton machine seemed like a big deal.  The dream was soon to become a reality!

    From the initial acquisition of the first 60” carding machine and the construction of a 24’ x 48’ building has grown a Custom Processing Mill that is over 10,000 square feet and has the ability to do almost any fiber preparation that is desired.  Our customization capabilities and techniques allow you to become the designer.  Let this agri-business assist you in your  fiber needs.
